Delivery & Returns
Ingfamous only delivers to mainland United Kingdom and is free for all orders.
Ingfamous aims to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of confirmation that the funds for your order have been cleared.
We use Royal Mail for most orders. Large items / orders will be sent by courier.
Delivery and packaging charges are dependent on size and quantity.
Your Ingfamous item will be beautifully wrapped with exterior recycled packaging used where possible to minimise waste. Please rest assured that your parcel will be thoroughly wrapped to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.
Non Delivery / Damaged Items:
Once parcels have been sent out, please understand that the responsibility for their carriage and delivery lies with the courier/postal service.
Any damage or loss is not the responsibility of Ingfamous.
Any claims for compensation for undelivered or damaged items must be made by the customer.
If your goods do not arrive within a reasonable time of the 5 working days dispatch time, you must contact us to let us know, and also inform the courier/postal service where you will be able to request claim forms for lost/damaged goods. We will be able to send you a copy of the proof of postage to enable you to make your claim.
If you receive goods which are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, and also the courier/postal service, as soon as possible.
When receiving a delivery please check the goods before you sign for them.
Any item ordered will be posted to the address specified on the order. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed due to incorrect address information being supplied.
Ingfamous will keep proof of postage for all items sent.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges:
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition with original packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected.
The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. For this reason, we recommend that you send it back to us using a recorded delivery service that will insure you for the value of the items.
Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
There may be an additional transaction charge for postage and packaging on exchanges. We will inform you of these charges beforehand.
We can only offer to exchange undamaged items if the original product arrives back with us in condition fit for re-sale.
We will refund or exchange your item once received. An email of receipt will be sent to you once we’ve processed the refund or sent you your exchanged item.
